If you have granted location permission in your system settings, we will automatically detect your current location and that will be shown as “My delivery location”

If you have not granted location permission, you will have to select your delivery location at the home screen.

You can change your delivery location anytime by clicking on the location shown on your home screen.

Go to “Cart” and click on “Remove” for the product you want to remove. You can remove that product from your cart or save the product for later.

Pick from Store: It is a free self-pick up service offered by us. You can place your order online & pickup items from the store at your convenience within 24hrs. On confirmation of order, a Pick-up Code is generated. Show this pick up code at the store to collect your order. Your order will be ready for pick up in 2hrs after order confirmation.

Home Delivery:

  • Express Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 2 hrs.
  • Scheduled Delivery: You can schedule delivery in the time slot of your choice for the same day or next day.

No, you will not be able to change the pickup store after the order is placed and pickup code has been generated.

Yes, anyone can collect your order from the store on your behalf. However, they need to show us the “Pickup Code” at the time of picking up the order at the store. However, we strongly advise to not share “Pickup Code” with others since we will hand over the order to the first person who shares the correct pick up code with us.

No, you cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed. But you can cancel the order and place a new order before the order is out for delivery.

Yes, you can ask someone else to receive the order on your behalf. The delivery partner will deliver the order at your address and anyone can receive the order.

You can choose not to accept the damaged item, or you can bring it to your nearest Vishal Mega Mart store within return period.

We try our best to deliver the order within scheduled delivery slot. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, we may not be able to deliver on time.

We will be leaving your order at the doorstep of your delivery address. Or we will take it back to our store. You will be required to pick up the order from your nearest store.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee the availability of all the items of that you have ordered. You should visit your pick up store and basis stock availability we will try to service your order.

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your account. Click on "My Account" and then "My Address Book". Under your address book, the default address will be the address you had entered while login/signup or the delivery address last used for your order. You can either edit or remove your saved address or you can add a new one. You can select any of the saved address as your default address.

Return / Exchange will be accepted if the product is in saleable condition with original invoice, packing and accessories, warranty card if any.


Return / Exchange will not be allowed for:

  • Undergarments and Personal Hygiene products for the reasons of health and hygiene.

Yes, you can visit the nearest Vishal Mega Mart store and return a single or multiple products from your order. You can also get the product exchanged with other similar product at the store of same or higher value. Difference amount can be paid at the store.

For store returns, we will issue you credit note with a validity of 30 days, or give your money back, as per refund policy.

For cancelled orders, your money will be credited back to original mode of payment. For cancelled orders, your money will be credited back to original mode of payment.
